About me
Clinical psychologist and Gestalt therapist
I'm Bruna, a clinical psychologist and Gestalt therapist. I believe human beings are never a finished, fixed thing, but always in development and transformation. Life is constantly changing, and learning to move with that change is part of our process.
In my clinical practice, I use Gestalt therapy, an approach that invites attention to the present moment and to the relationship between mind and body. My goal in therapy is to offer genuine listening and actively involve you in your own process. Together, we'll work toward greater awareness of your emotions, your needs, and how you relate to the world around you. With more clarity, it becomes lighter to deal with your own pain and to be in fuller contact with yourself.

Approach
Gestalt therapy
Gestalt therapy is an approach that values lived experience and the way you relate to yourself, to other people, and to the world around you. It understands that your history, your life context, your relationships, your environment, and your unique way of perceiving reality are deeply connected. By understanding these connections, you expand your awareness of who you are, of your experiences, and of how you construct your way of being in the world.
In this process, you develop greater awareness of your emotions, behaviors, needs, and ways of relating, recognizing how these aspects influence your choices and the way you live. By getting in touch with your own experience, you expand your range of responses to life's challenges, strengthening your autonomy and building more satisfying relationships with yourself and others.
